Description:
Spanish Language course for 12-17 year old students. Elementary, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
Our courses aim to improve key listening, speaking, reading, writing skills, as well as covering key points of Spanish grammar. The skills are taught using a mix of regular coursework together with a range of practical language learning activities.
The courses have a strong 'spoken-language' focus and, as a result, are of real benefit to those who will be taking oral examinations in Junior or Leaving Cert exams. (Note: the courses do not attempt to cover the syllabi for these examinations).
The courses introduce students to elements of Hispanic culture and students get to mix and practice with students from Spain who are learning English.
The courses are taught through Spanish by experienced native Spanish teachers - so students get maximum exposure to the language in the classroom.
All course materials are provided.
Students are asked to complete a level test before the course begins and are assigned to a suitable class according to their age and level.
Average of 8 students per class - maximum of 11 students.
Students are placed in classes according to ability which is determined by either a written or spoken (or both) level test.
Fees:
€290 (for 2 weeks) - course fees include all materials.
